If you’re looking for a way to get your teams working better together, communicating effectively, learning to delegate, or just feel they deserve a reward for their hard work, we can provide you with a team event to remember.

With our high performance racing sailing yachts, your team will be taken through what it takes to get hands on and be part of the crew, working together to master some of the key skills, before taking on some set challenges, maybe even some racing.  As a team they will need to listen, communicate, delegate, ask for help and truly work together as a team.  The day will provide an opportunity to master new skills, conquer the sailing challenge, and give yourself and your team a truly enjoyable experience.

Spend half a day, or a full day, sailing as one crew, supervised by our fully qualified RYA skipper, in a safe and controlled environment, and achieve things together you never thought possible. Discover hidden talents, develop new skills and unleash your true potential.

We can discuss with you any specific things you want to get out of the day, and can provide optional extras, such as team t-shirts or other merchandise as a reminder of the day.

This is a unique opportunity to sail on two matched performance sailing yachts and the only question left is whether you’ll be team ‘Seawolf’ or team ‘Bongani’?

All mooring fees, fuel & other boat expenses are included on the day, as well as the use of wet weather gear and lifejackets. We make sure we provide everything you need to have a fabulous, memorable, fun sailing experience.

Destinations & Sailing Areas:

Based between the straits of Gibraltar and Malta, we create trips all throughout the Mediterranean, enquire to discover where we will be according to our cruising and race events calendar.

In2wind pre-sail requirements:  All levels welcome, no qualifications required for day sails, some experience is recommended for our longer sailing events, mile builders and the like.

You should bring: Shoes with non-marking soles, a towel, a change of clothes, sun cream, a hat, sunglasses, water.
